We act as a facilitator and broker â we do not directly lend funds to applicants. All funding decisions are made by our network of third-party lenders and funding partners.

All funding approvals, terms, amounts, and conditions are at the sole discretion of our lending partners. IN NO EVENT SHALL STERLING ADVANCE LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STERLING ADVANCE LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STERLING ADVANCE LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the Site or Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right; or (d) any claim that your submitted content caused damage to a third party.
